Our experience has been great! Candlelight homes have been very responsive to our questions and needs. The community is amazing and we have enjoyed our time thus far.

The homes were very nice. And we really liked the community. They worked with us while we sold our old home so that we could move to firefly with multiple contract extensions.

This has been the worst process my wife and I have ever been through! Depsite the fact that we happened to be the one house out of 180 that get flooded, overall, the communication and expectations that we get from candlelight has been so awful! we are told and promised one thing and then we see and are told another thing. The subcontractors that candlelight hires are some of the worst contractors i have ever seen! They have zero pride in their trade! They have zero respect for the home they work on! They leave their garbage everywhere and do a halfassed job on our house. When we voice our concerns with Candlelight about it, we are dismissed and made to feel like its somehow our fault for even questioning. On the outside the house is beautiful! but on the inside, you can tell there is no quality to the work! Corners are cut, and they care more about getting the job done super fast then getting it done right the first time! To me there are no excuses! I dont care if the building process is organized chaos, ultimately, candlelight hired those contractors and ultimately are responible. If anybody has any questions or wants to know more than call me ane I can give you real life examples of how we were told one thing and it ended up being another and how candlelight has no control over their own contractors that they hire who seem to not even be able to speak English. In conclusion, i wouldnt recommend candlelight to anyone

It was a wonderful experience building with Candlelight from the very beginning with our sales agent we knew that candlelight wasn’t like all the other builders out there. And it shows in the team that you guys have put together.

Ya I had honestly never heard of Candlelight homes and came to look at one of their builds in Eagle Mtn. I spoke with Brinley and she was phenomenal from start to finish. She never made me feel pressured and she was very knowledgeable about the home itself and you can tell they were really passionate about their mission.
