The sales team left me high and dry upon getting my keys after they assured me the problems found in the pre inspection were fixed when they in fact weren’t and ghosted me when both my realtor and I asked what the problem and fix for the water heater was. Upon moving in I was assured the water heater worked but the water heater did not work and we did not have hot water. I put in a trouble ticket and it was fixed within the next day so that part of the team was awesome, I believe the person who helped names is tom. He was awesome. But the sales team really just fell off the planet of the earth even before getting the keys. Really unprofessional and very unprofessional. Specifically Dan.
