Review of Overall Experience

At the time we closed, a few blue tape items had not been taken care of and we noticed many additional issues immediately. The construction was very rushed and it shows, from nail pops everywhere to poorly completed painting. Additionally, since we have moved in we have had to replace a car tire and picked up hundreds of nails from the road due to construction crews leaving debris on a daily basis as they complete homes around us. It has been one month, so if we continue at this rate, we will spend thousands on tire repairs and replacements within the first year. Our neighbors all share similar experiences and I have tons of pictures from our daily walks of nails and screws littering the streets from Brookfield crews being lazy and negligent. We had our 30 day walkthrough last week where we pointed out several issues with our new build and still have not been contact to schedule dates for them to address the issues. The buying process was somewhat easy, but the first month has been disappointing.
