While the people we have worked with have been very nice, it seems that communication within the company can be improved. We were given constant wrong information or contradicting information from the very beginning. Our move in date was about 7 weeks later than projected which we were understanding about but it’s still frustrating. We also think the communication between outside companies hired can be improved. We were told all of our fans and lights would be installed before we moved in and they weren’t installed until about a month after we moved in. Also in the house, almost everywhere we looked there was something wrong or that needed to be fixed and after being in the house about two months there are still things that have not been fixed. We also believe the house was just built poorly. Either the workers rushed or the quality of product just isn’t great. Basically our entire kitchen needs to be replaced because the cabinets are poor quality or we’re installed wrong and all of this was known before we even moved in and is just now getting looked at. There is painters tape still stuck to our floors that wasn’t cleaned after painting, there is paint still on handles and wall outlets, and there is grout on top of our tile in multiple places where you can tell it was rushed and not even tried to be cleaned. There’s also a spot on our sons floor that already creaks that’s been doing it since before we moved in and I feel like that should not be happening already. Just a lot of little annoying things that should’ve been taken care of already or before we even moved in because most of this was tagged in our final walkthrough.
