Experience has been good. Loan process and communication wasn’t the best but on the home builder side it’s been good.

Overall, our experience has been very good. Brookfield reps have been extremely friendly and have really gone out of the way to make sure that we have everything that we need. They were always willing to answer questions and felt like they had our best interest at heart.

Brookfield has provided a great overall experience, and I’m very happy with my home. Communication has been excellent throughout, from the process leading up to the sale with Michelle and Frank, to the support after purchase with Keisa in customer care. The home’s efficiency really proved itself during the March heat wave, which was reassuring. I would highly recommend Brookfield to others considering a new home.

My experience was good. I think everybody is so great to work with and they go out of your way to help you. I will say that there’s a few things that should be able to be included just because these are a cheaper home doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t let the homebuyer want to upgrade things like door handles or having lights in each room living in Arizona should just be a standard. Those are very minor things. The overall home is great just my opinion.

Overall it was good. The time availability to achieve the inspection walks and everything was inconvenient. Required a lot of times leaving work early. Wasn’t too happy that they removed tape on issues that were found during our QA walk that’s wasn’t addressed and luckily we found them again in our final walk to have them actually addressed. Shouldn’t have signed without the refrigerator being in the house because it just required extra coordination from us to have it installed. But overall the house looks good and Kesia did a great tour at the end of explaining warranty and cleaning of the products

Overall the experince was pretty solid. I have been moved into my house for 3 months now and still have blue tape of items that were never fixed. I reached out and they fixed some items but have not fixed others.
