Over all, great, we had some challenges on our end closing, but in the end worked out. Some issues with building garage door, barking dogs and a light that doesn’t work that we need fixed. But love the building, and don’t think I will go back to a house!

There have been inconsistencies in information provided by Brookfield/vendor/condo corp related prior to closing and after closing. Also, the condo fees were advertised significantly under than what they are. There have also been so issues that need to be addressed under the warranty since taking ownership of the condo.

Overall experience with the Brookfield customer service staff and sales team was good. The lawyers hired by Brookfield were difficult to deal with and also provided wrong instructions to the cooperating lawyers.
