My experience purchasing my new Brookfield home has been outstanding from start to finish. It all started with Jeff in Sales, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through every step of the home-buying and financial process. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience easy to understand. The Financial Team was also excellent. They were responsive, efficient, and the online portal made submitting documents quick and convenient, helping everything stay on track. A special thank you to Brad, the Construction Superintendent, who truly went above and beyond. From my first walkthrough to my final walkthrough, through move-in, and even after I settled into my home, Brad has been there every step of the way. He addressed every item on my checklist, responds promptly to questions and concerns, and genuinely cares about making sure homeowners are happy. His expertise is a tremendous asset, and it's reassuring to know he is on site and always available to answer questions or address any concerns. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made what is often a stressful process a truly positive experience. I couldn't be happier with my new beautiful home and am grateful to the entire Brookfield team for making this such a wonderful experience. No issues except with brookfield mortgage . Loan officer was non communicative and in mid January wanted our 2025 tax returns immediately in order to qualify (of course we didn’t have everything we needed to file in mid January). We traveled to NY to file as soon as we could, which was February 17th. He quickly replied we didn’t qualify without catching a blaring mistake with our rental income. Our agent with the mortgage company we ultimately qualified with caught the mistake immediately. Other than that snafu we’re totally satisfied
