Most negatively is the backsplash ordeal; slow response and inability to resolve or admit that the sample in Frederick was not a true representation of our countertops. Matt was great to deal with for the sale.

Everyone who we have worked with has been amazing!!! Sarah, Mary, Kevin, and others, all have gone above and beyond. We just have some issues with the house right now that still needs to be fixed but I am hopeful it will be fixed. For example, we have a gap in the sliding glass door allowing bugs (worms and spiders specifically) to come in, we have unfinished paint job in the back and other areas that need to Be fixed but everyone we have worked with has been amazing.

From the moment we walked into the model home and met Sarah to our most recent post 30-day meeting with Kevin, our experience has been phenomenal. The process of buying our first house has been much easier then we would have ever anticipated and has felt right from the beginning. All of the Brookfield employees we have encountered along the way have been genuine and informative and have made this process feel like a blessing.
