Review of Overall Experience
Overall our experience was great!! Our sales rep, Belinda, was fantastic and very sweet with our family. Any issues we had throughout the process, she quickly was able to resolve. We had a bumpy time during our design process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience (which we previously mentioned in the past survey). However, since that survey and changing designers (Carley) most of our concerns, as well as our experience MUCH improved!! We had some lingering design issues and we were able to get them taken care of. I was so thankful and much happier to have her help and expertise, which we didn’t get with Cassidy. During the build phase— we didn’t much interaction with Lupita outside walk throughs but eveything was positive. We had other guys (Jason, and the new/other project Manager, forgot his name!!), but they were both extremely helpful in informing and answering our questions on the knitty gritty house build stuff. Lastly, Alfredo has incredibly attentive and such a fun personality! He’s addressed all our concerns after the Home Delivery and made the warranty process easy. Same with all the contractors, they’ve been very professional and extremely efficient/punctual— which we appreciate. As much as I’m glad the home buying/build is over I’m sad to not see the entire Brookfield team, who we’ve been so close with the past few months, everyday anymore! :) We loved Brookfield so much we referred our best friends and they bought a house 7 houses from us—we’re so thrilled to be part of this community!
