Homes are nicely made, but construction quality is questionable in certain areas of the home. maintenance requests are slow and often not up to the mark even after getting attended to.

Had a smooth buying and moving in experience. The concierge arranged by Brookfield helped a lot. The builders are very patient with all your questions, concerns and service requests and attended to all of them. I enjoyed the great customer experience.
