Review of Overall Experience
Our move-in experience with Brookfield Residential far exceeded expectations because of an exceptional team that truly went above and beyond. Nick, our sales representative, was outstanding in coordinating our move-in date and preparing us for each step of the process. David, our customer contact, led our walkthrough and move-in with incredible energy, organization, and care. He explained everything in detail, anticipated questions, checked in at exactly the right times, and made us feel like we were his only homeowners - despite supporting many others. The ribbon-cutting, thoughtful move-in gifts, complete manuals, and seamless coordination reflected genuine pride in both the homes and the homeowner experience. We also want to recognize Tim (Superintendent) and Justin (Assistant Superintendent), along with the entire construction team, for delivering a high-quality home and being knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to getting every detail right. Athena and the entire sales team were consistently friendly, welcoming, and supportive from the very beginning. This is a team that clearly loves what they do and takes real pride in delivering quality homes and happy homeowners. Thank You Brookfield Riversound Team!
