Many things were not completed at the time of move in. 30 days later, most of those problems still exist. The team has been great and responsive, but getting items completed has been slow and painful.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service and communication provided by Brookfield associates during our first month of living in our home. Unfortunately, we have encountered a series of ongoing issues, including: A water leak that caused damage to two floors No hot water No heat Electrical issues And several other concerns Throughout this process, we have found the communication and responsiveness to be consistently lacking. Specifically, Alyssa, the primary point of contact, has been unprofessional and unhelpful. She frequently does not respond to phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. On the rare occasions when she does arrive to address the issues, she provides no apologies or assurances to restore confidence in either herself or the contractors involved. In our most recent interaction, when the water damage was being addressed, I asked if there was anything we could do to ensure the issue was fully resolved. The response I received was simply to flush the toilet a couple of times. This lack of attention to detail and assurance has left me with little confidence that the plumbing issue has been properly fixed or that future concerns will be addressed appropriately. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received and the lack of professionalism exhibited by your team. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and work to improve the overall experience for your customers moving forward.

Everyone I worked with so far has been quick and incredibly helpful. The people are phenomenal. My carpet is not to my liking and has me worried that other shortcuts were taken in construction.

Everyone we’ve worked with has been extremely helpful, kind, and caring. Good experience over all. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that the sales team was not pushy when we came to view houses for the first time. Everyone has been easy to work with and has been able to answer our questions.
