Doug, Customer Service Tech should be cloned and used everywhere in Brookfield. What an awesome person he is and goes the extra mile which makes the company look even better!!!!

No issues except with brookfield mortgage . Loan officer was non communicative and in mid January wanted our 2025 tax returns immediately in order to qualify (of course we didn’t have everything we needed to file in mid January). We traveled to NY to file as soon as we could, which was February 17th. He quickly replied we didn’t qualify without catching a blaring mistake with our rental income. Our agent with the mortgage company we ultimately qualified with caught the mistake immediately. Other than that snafu we’re totally satisfied
