Overall a pretty good experience. Here are the things that earned Brohn just 3 stars: 1) We were sold a premium lot due to it's view, nothing but trees and land behind us. The sales agent (Emma) told us it was protected land and would not be developed. We paid $24k for this lot. When the house was nearing completion, Brohn began plowing the land behind us and it is now being completely developed. We will have no view, just houses. 2) We also bought the lot for its size, having told the sales agent my desire to build a large shop back there. She did not inform us that the HOA limits buildings to 100 SF. Again, we would not have paid so much extra for a large lot. 3) Our curb cut for the driveway is inexplicably only 1 1/2 car widths instead of 2. This means on the left side you need to come in at an angle and then straighten out. This is an issue when you have to back out as your front wheels run on the grass and you have to watch out for broken sprinkler heads.
When we did the walking inspection , were some issues , they said they will fixed it , but they do t fixed it , then when we moved to the house is a lot cracking on the walls and ceiling , sand and mulch from the construction back to the house and on our landscaping and backyard the fence door no lock , the wall on the backyard is crack , brohn said the upgrade the house on the insulation but they never put it in the walls and they sent a pictures from a different house then ours , no happy it all.
