The overall experience was positive. It’s disappointing that the fascia soffit contractor gave a sub par performance even after deficiencies were pointed out for correction, some were corrected, some were covered up with intention and some were ignored altogether. Thats the only sour taste in my mouth is the finish on the exterior not being re-addressed properly and corrected to proper new construction standard. I certainly can’t advocate whole heartedly for Broadview as a result.
