The overall experience was positive. It’s disappointing that the fascia soffit contractor gave a sub par performance even after deficiencies were pointed out for correction, some were corrected, some were covered up with intention and some were ignored altogether. Thats the only sour taste in my mouth is the finish on the exterior not being re-addressed properly and corrected to proper new construction standard. I certainly can’t advocate whole heartedly for Broadview as a result.

Broadview meet my Expectation

As we just moved in we are happy with the home as completed (all outside work still to be doe). Our home has been built as we specified and are move in date was honoured. A number of issues were identified during our initial walk through and thise were repaired prior to move in. We are not sure why we have to identify the substandard work but i guess that is part of the new house experience? At this point we will wait to see how quickly the outside work is done (recognizing it is weather related) and how Broadview treats us regarding any issues that arise.
