We had a great experience with our home purchase. The team was very friendly and helped us out a lot. We just had some confusion with the paperwork and trying to get things completed in time prior to the planned possession date. We also have a few issues with the house after moving in, but glad that warranty does a 1-month walk-through and hope they will be able to resolve all of the issues.

Low quality of carpet. If somone flushes toilet upstairs, guests on main floor can easily hear it, below average plumbing. Exterior finishes are really bad. Vinyl sidings and other materials on Exterior are not installed properly

Through out the Building Phase we found Broadview was always interest in their own interest and not from the customer perspective.
