Review of Overall Experience

Communication was lacking from the builder from the start. The home design is terrible and very narrow. It’s hard to set up furniture in a way that makes sense. The basement mechanical rooms take up the majority of basement space, making development difficult. The interior finishing quality is rough, the house looks like it was slapped together as quick as possible. Very dissatisfied with the home, the price, and the overall experience.

Review of Overall Experience

I cannot say anything good about the house that was delivered to us. We were so excited and happy for this latest chapter of our lives and this house was supposed to be our forever home. But instead my wife gets angry and cries every time when she looks at the POOR WORKMANSHIP; even minor things such as exterior windows and air ducts were not clean properly.
