Not an overly good experience. We bought a spec home later in construction so no changes were allowed. We shown the incorrect interior colors during the sale process and only found out once we signed the deal that the colors we were shown were in fact NOT the colors the interior of the house would be. We did ask because of these circumstances if we could change just the carpet color and were told that the question would be raised and he responded that home office quite bluntly said no. We did reach out to the sales manager and was told he had no knowledge of this situation. So either the sales person out right lied to us or the sales manager did. Very unprofessional to say the very least. We were also informed during the condition release period that if we didn’t want the house because of the color issue that there was back up offer to purchase this house, which also turned out to be a lie. These are very shady sales tactics designed to pressure a person into signing a deal. Emails did get sent back and forth about the colors and at no time was an apology issued for this. My wife was almost in tears in the showhome as the sales person Duane made it out as it was her fault/mistake that she didn’t remember what colors she looked at and that we were permitted to change them. Even after he told us that the design team was in playing with the color boards. I could go on about this but I think you get the point. Duane seemed more concerned with selling us the house than he was about anything else.

The purchase process was stressful as possession was delayed. There is an unresolved issue with our bath tub and there is full radio silence from Bedrock. The home itself was a decent value.

We had wonderful experience purchasing our home. From the very beginning , the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Bryan and Anna was very knowledgeable , patient, and always ready to answer our questions , which made us feel confident and comfortable with every step. Buying a home can sometimes feel stressful but our experience was positive and well organized. We are very happy with our new home and very grateful for the excellent service we received. We would definitely recommend Bedrock homes to our family and friends.
