The purchase process was stressful as possession was delayed. There is an unresolved issue with our bath tub and there is full radio silence from Bedrock. The home itself was a decent value.

We had wonderful experience purchasing our home. From the very beginning , the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Bryan and Anna was very knowledgeable , patient, and always ready to answer our questions , which made us feel confident and comfortable with every step. Buying a home can sometimes feel stressful but our experience was positive and well organized. We are very happy with our new home and very grateful for the excellent service we received. We would definitely recommend Bedrock homes to our family and friends.

Move in experience was really terrible as we were chasing for a couple basic things like provision of home internet line into the house. Diana (Area sales manager) was really helpful and very responsive going beyond her responsibilities to help us settle in. In addition to this, I have never seen a house built without steps into the kitchen or the side door. Are we supposed to be jumping out of the exit door in case of emergency? And someone mentioned to us the Bedrock homes never does entrance steps.

Excellent service in everything I experienced Very knowledgeable in all aspects . Daria has gone above and beyond her job in every way. Very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend her to family and friends and snyo e else with all my experience. Befrock homes are very lucky to have her. She is truly an aszet to Bedrock homes! It was sure a pleasure to deal with Daria. Always positive and a smile. Gies a long way! I wish her the very best!

Bedrock homes glass (window) can not block the cold. The rooms are very cold. Even if the Bedrock quality contro identified one of the window as scratched and assured us that it will be replace, nobody has come yet to replace it so far.
