We had the pleasure of purchasing our first home with Baywest, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. From the initial stages through to possession day, the entire team—Natalia, Jennifer, Ryan, and Jordan—was incredibly supportive, approachable, and responsive. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and we truly appreciated their patience, guidance, and willingness to assist us at every step. The process was clearly outlined, and expectations were communicated well, which helped make the journey much smoother. One area that could benefit from improvement is the interior selection process. We understand that we were among the first clients during the launch of a new interior catalogue for laned homes in Creekview. However, as new homeowners without much prior knowledge, we would have appreciated more detailed guidance and information to help us make more informed decisions. Additional support or clearer explanations during this stage would enhance the experience for future buyers. That said, our overall experience from day one has been excellent. The team was always welcoming, even during our frequent visits and drop-ins, and consistently took the time to address our concerns. Now that we are three months post-possession, we are very happy with our decision to go with Baywest. We would also like to highlight the outstanding support we’ve received from Darcey, our warranty contact at Baywest Creekview. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail have been truly commendable. He has been readily available and quick to coordinate any necessary corrections. While we did have a few minor post-possession items, they were handled efficiently and without hassle, which is exactly the level of support new homeowners hope for. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would confidently recommend Baywest to others looking to purchase a home.

Our home is well built with quality finishings. We are pleased with that. However, to get here was challenging. The sales staff were very slow to respond to questions, almost always had to be prompted to responded after a week of waiting for a response. That needs to improve. While we would recommend Baywest homes we are concerned that sales staff need to understand that they are important to the process and the lack of responsiveness stays with the buyer for a long time
