Our new townhouse is gorgeous. We love the feel of the community, the layout, the beautiful finishes, and all the little extras. There has, however, been a rather long list of issues to address since we moved in. It's been a downside to have to schedule with trades and have them in and out six weeks post-closing. Having said that, Travis has been exceptional. He has replied quickly to every email and helped get issues resolved as quickly as possible. I'm sure that many of the issues are normal with new builds, and overall, we're very happy that we bought a Baker home.

Overall a very positive experience with highlights being responsiveness, flexibility, and caring throughout (I was moving from out-of-state). Special shout-out for Chad who is such an asset to your company. Incredibly kind and patient.

I have not had a great experience. 45 days after moving in the sump pump malfunctioned (after 2 previous issues) and flooded the basement. It too almost 2 months to get it repaired. I have a broken kitchen drawer that has to be replaced and broken door knobs and hinges. It’s been disappointing to have so many issues with a new construction home.
