I have not had a great experience. 45 days after moving in the sump pump malfunctioned (after 2 previous issues) and flooded the basement. It too almost 2 months to get it repaired. I have a broken kitchen drawer that has to be replaced and broken door knobs and hinges. It’s been disappointing to have so many issues with a new construction home.
