AR did a god job of listening to what we wanted and customizing their plan to our vision from design to finish. They were invested in delivering a high quality home to us and took the time to address any concerns we had during the building process. They had no problem moving a window or fixing details on the house that we had issues with before close.

Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of our home. We also enjoyed with the AR Homes staff during the construction period. However, more communication about the kitchen appliances at the point of purchase and more communication about the anticipated completion date would be helpful.

The first time we walked in to a AR model home in early 2022 we were impressed with the quality, design, and thoughtfulness that was incorporated into all aspects of an AR home a knew instantly we found our builder! During each phase of the build process from early design, to permitting, through construction and closing we were continuously impressed by the professionalism of the people we worked with - Brenda, Kourtney, Kim, Allyson, and Lisa. We love our Kingston Model AR Home and plan to live in it for at least 10 years, but we are already thinking of a potential new home and AR Homes will be the first builder we contact when that time comes.

We picked AR Homes because of design and reputation and we are glad we went with this builder. Very happy with finished home. Walk through identified a list of minor issues which did take several months to complete . Range hood had design issues ie too low still to be resolved and some roof run off issues led to some landscaping revision which got fixed to our satisfaction

As all projects over the last few years with the material and labor shortages, we were very pleased with AR Homes ability to keep the project moving to completion.
