Hi there, This is Kenny, Yan Yan's Husband. It takes 2 days because I need to recall and organize the whole thing. Now, I am writing to report a serious complaint regarding this case. I am not sure if this is the correct channel to report to, if not, please kindly advise. First, I would like to provide the story's background, as my wife's email mentioned at September 8, 2026 2:13 PM, she noticed a minor bump at the lower left corner of the window jamb, and this similar condition appears on most window corners inside the house. Therefore, she reported to Jessica and Jessica replied that she will put a sticker on one of those windows and take a look afterwards. Few days later, we received an appointment request to review the problem, and we accepted the appointment. Everything looks good at this point. However, on the appointment date, Sep 8th, Jessica came at #307 around 9am and I opened the door for her. Once she came inside, she walked directly to the 3rd floor alone and had me stay at the main floor as someone would arrive afterwards and asked me to stay and open the door for that guy. As a Site Coordinator, she was supposed to provide a professional explanation of the whole process before any action was taken, the consequences and the risks. However, we didn't hear anything from her about that. Shortly, I heard some loud sound from the upper floor so I went there to check and realized that Jessica had already proceeded the removal work alone and I was shocked at that time. How come you proceed with any construction work without a permission or at least a heads up! The rest of the story, as my wife said, is lack of communication. The ridiculous thing is that the bump appears on every single window jambs and all of them are in good condition. How come a Site Coordinator cannot identify and provide correct information to the customers. The impact to us: - Move in date delayed as we have paint allergy - Money lose as we have to pay for the rent - Time - Stressful I will check with my lawyer and reserve all my legal rights. We loved the design and layout from the moment we saw the display suite. Our experience with choosing our finishings was fantastic. Our wishes for a couple of custom items were put forward and accepted. We were very pleased with our entire experience from start to finish. The possession date was on schedule and our realtor contacted us a couple of weeks ahead of time to give us a quick walk through ahead of our final walk through. Our final walk through went well but we would say a bit more time could have been spent on the heating and ventilation system.
